Yoga Bubble-Kopfstand


I’m Tamara and Yoga is my big passion. Grown up in Austria, sports is an integral part of my life since my childhood. I have the great luck to have very active and athletic parents who have always kept me busy 🙂

My early enthusiasm for Gymnastics was replaced by Volleyball after a few years. During my study of architecture in Vienna and Barcelona, the two sports helped me to keep my balance.

When I started surfing a few years ago, Yoga was the perfect foundation: Vinyasa Flow empowers the entire body with dynamic movement. At the same time, keeping the static poses in Ashtanga helps to keep the concentration and balance on the board.

How did I get into Yoga?
In addition to sports, traveling takes a big place in my life. In 2012 I came into contact with Yoga for the first time: My two fellow travelers could persuade me to my first class because until then I did not think about Yoga. In my mind Yoga was just for Hippies and not a real thing.
This opinion changed abruptly! And so, both at home and on the road, I started to try different styles of Yoga. After a long day at the desk, my practice helped me to minimize postural problems and neck pain.

In 2018 I decided to follow my dreams and do a Yoga Teacher Training in Spain (200h Yoga Alliance Certificate). A detailed report in German can be found on my travel blog Photoventure. As a part of a great, diverse group of yogis I learned not only how to teach Yoga but also a lot about myself. Now I’m a certified and passionate Yoga teacher in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow. Depending on the requirement, I teach in English or in German.

Yoga is an integral part of my life: It strengthens the body and the mind at the same time. In my classes, I love to combine powerful movements with relaxing elements.
